I spotted @mollyyeh at @ikea the other day / we we I spotted @mollyyeh at @ikea the other day / we went through the meatball line right behind her! If I were a famous food person, I’d want to enjoy the peace of the ikea cafe without interruption, so I said nothing. But I went home inspired to make something from her cookbook. And here we have it - Kubaneh, a Scandinavian twist on the traditional slow-cooked Yemeni bread. Cooked this beauty for six hours. Divine.
